Bespoke 1-to-1 training
Dr Waduud offers bespoke 1 on 1 training for GP Trainees preparing for the MRCGP SCA Examinations. He has a proven track record of helping doctors improve their consulting and pass a variety of postgraduate examinations.
First sitting or resitting
He has helped many candidates prepare for the MRCGP SCA examination including those sitting the exam for the first time as well as those resitting. His intense 1 to 1 coaching simulates high-yield cases.
Zoom sessions, exam conditions
Zoom sessions mirror examination conditions and are available in 1-2 hour blocks where 2-3 cases are discussed per hour. A wide range of cases including telephone consultations and remote video are covered.
Timed cases and detailed feedback
Cases are timed like the real exam: up to 3 mins reading time then 12 mins consultation time. Detailed feedback is provided on all 3 domains (data gathering and diagnosis, clinical management, and interpersonal skills) lasting 10-15 mins, with emphasis on improving weaknesses aimed at improving your SCA scores.
Neurodiversity-friendly
Dr Waduud also has experience with neurodiverse candidates. Please let admin staff know of additional requirements so timings can be adjusted accordingly. If you are resitting, we can analyse your feedback from your last attempt and work on any specific areas of weakness highlighted.

In their words
Feedback from 1-to-1 sessions
The one-to-one sessions completely changed how I approached the SCA. I learned a structured consultation style, improved my time management, and felt much more confident tackling complex cases.
Excellent teaching with clear, practical feedback. Every session focused on my individual weaknesses, and I left with specific strategies to improve.
The mock consultations felt very realistic. The feedback was detailed, constructive, and immediately applicable to the next case.
